Clinexia is seeking Associate Case Managers to join our growing team.


Working as part of a network of specialist clinicians, you will support adults, children, and young people following lifechanging and catastrophic injuries, including acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, complex orthopaedic injury, amputation, and psychological trauma.


As a self-employed Associate, you will manage your own caseload, undertaking homebased assessments, developing and overseeing rehabilitation plans, setting goals, and coordinating multidisciplinary input. The role involves close communication with clients, families, solicitors, and insurers, alongside advocacy to ensure appropriate rehabilitation, care, and community reintegration.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ postqualification clinical experience
  • Current registration with HCPC, NMC, or SWE
  • Experience implementing rehabilitation or care packages
  • Case Management or community experience desirable
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Driver with access to own vehicle
